Side effects of low testosterone levels

Luckily I bumped up on this blog, and could see that other people had similar experiences like I did.
Vitamin d did great job for me, but after some time I started to experience some really bad side effects. These were loss of appetite, frequent urination, nausea, bone pain, itchy eyes.

It was strange to me because I was taking "only" around 3000IU/day from diet (milk, supplements, sea fish) and beside that I was sunbathing maybe 3-4 per weak around noon, full body exposure 30-60 minutes. Beside that I was also having high calcium diet in order to recover my skeleton after vitamin d deficiency. I was having this regime for three and a half months, when I started to experience these worrying side effects. It is 4 days since I have stopped sunbathing and taking supplements, and I follow low calcium diet, and symptoms started to disappear gradually.

Did someone had similar experience?

Years ago I sprained my right wrist in a cycling fall and I massaged two effective TCM ointments on the sprained zone as I thought combining them both would help my wrist heal faster. The part where I applied two ointments was burning the entire night and I thought it was just a "normal" sensation. The next morning I woke up and shocked to see that the skin tissue had severely "eroded". It was a third-degree burn. It looked really awful and had left an irremovable scar on my wrist. So, beware of any adverse reaction whenever you're attempting to combine two remedies for any treatment.

I used creatine 8 or so years ago, had great gains, ( it was the exact same product then & dont tell me its gotten better becasue its effervescent or some .) But I also had a frequent & uncomfortable need to urinate that was NOT just from consuming extra liquid, but from my kidneys being put on overload & doing damage to them with this stuff. I drank plenty of water, took a little less than the recommended dose & was having the urination problem for years after the use of creatine… I also was very short tempered with my family & young kids at the time I took it as it altered my mood.
I also have a friend who underwent a kidney transplant, that if he didnt get, he would have died . the reason for his kidney failure was creatine & he would tell you to stay far away from it as it almost costed him his life. This stuff is absolutely no good-

I’ve been fighting shingles now for 6 weeks and I’m still suffering from pain where the shingles blisters were located. I started 15 billion probiotics midway thru this and was feeling better. I was taking 5 billion 3 times a day. A friend coaxed me to bump it up to 20 billion. So I did this and by the 3rd day I had a rash all over my head. I’ve since stopped and the rash has gone away. I really want to go back on it, but now I’m stuck with 20 billion capsules. Any ideas on breaking these capsules in half to take half in the morning then again at night? Or should I wait til after this shingle pain goes away? I’m sure I’m in toxic overload with having fibromyalgia and type 2 diabetes. What would u suggest I do? Thank you.
