Side effects of low t

My doctor put me on a natural progesterone cream and it made me feel horrible. I was only taking it once a day/ 1 pump which seemed like a lot.

I was breaking out all over my body and very oily. My hair became extremely limp and thin and I felt depressed... not myself emotionally. Is there a secret to taking this? Or is there any other product that might work better for me?

My saliva tests showed that my progesterone levels are very low, so I am already having a ton of other yucky symptoms. The cream just seemed to send me over the edge. Is this normal? Also, I have never been on HRT and I am 36 years old.

Thanks for any info.

My dad takes metformin for his diabetes (ok, so his entire side of the family takes it for diabetes— PCOS and diabetes run through out my family history) and he suggested that I start with 1 a day for 2 weeks and then work up to my 2 a day suggested dose after that. I have found that waiting for my meal to settle a little while (usually about 15-20 minutes really helped me to avoid a lot of discomfort. I already have bathroom “issues” (I tend to go A LOT; a very regulated 30 minutes after I put anything in my mouth) so by waiting it just kind of wrapped into my normal habit and seemed a lot less intense.

Years ago I sprained my right wrist in a cycling fall and I massaged two effective TCM ointments on the sprained zone as I thought combining them both would help my wrist heal faster. The part where I applied two ointments was burning the entire night and I thought it was just a "normal" sensation. The next morning I woke up and shocked to see that the skin tissue had severely "eroded". It was a third-degree burn. It looked really awful and had left an irremovable scar on my wrist. So, beware of any adverse reaction whenever you're attempting to combine two remedies for any treatment.

I’ve been fighting shingles now for 6 weeks and I’m still suffering from pain where the shingles blisters were located. I started 15 billion probiotics midway thru this and was feeling better. I was taking 5 billion 3 times a day. A friend coaxed me to bump it up to 20 billion. So I did this and by the 3rd day I had a rash all over my head. I’ve since stopped and the rash has gone away. I really want to go back on it, but now I’m stuck with 20 billion capsules. Any ideas on breaking these capsules in half to take half in the morning then again at night? Or should I wait til after this shingle pain goes away? I’m sure I’m in toxic overload with having fibromyalgia and type 2 diabetes. What would u suggest I do? Thank you.
